Products: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping. Custom items are final sale.

Photobooth deposits: Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event date. Within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date subject to availability.
